Why golden paths
A golden path only works if it is faster to follow than copying an old repo. That means it has to be a command, not a wiki page.
Every scaffold ships an owner and a lifecycle already set, the two fields that predict whether a service survives its first incident review.
The output is designed to pass kg-service-catalog with zero errors on the first commit, and to score well on kg-service-scorecard from day one.
The trio in action, real output
This is a real, verified terminal session, not a mockup. A service scaffolded here, chained through the other two tools:
# scaffold
npx github:mizcausevic-dev/kg-golden-path billing --owner team-payments --lifecycle production
# validate the catalog it produced
npx github:mizcausevic-dev/kg-service-catalog ./billing
kg-service-catalog: 1 component(s), 1 owner(s)
0 error(s), 0 warning(s)
# score its maturity
npx github:mizcausevic-dev/kg-service-scorecard ./billing
kg-service-scorecard: 1 component(s), avg 70/100
[silver] billing-service 70/100 (missing: docs, repo)
